We have a purpose built personalised group training facility, set in the beautiful bushland above Warriewood Valley, and expert trainers who will tailor your training to meet your individual needs. There are no lock in contracts, and best of all, we have no mirrors!

Thanks to our members, we’ve been able to donate over $300,000 to ONM since we opened our doors in twenty ten.
Our Neighbours Ministry (ONM) is a non-profit organisation reaching out to the poorest of the poor in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. ONM seek to show God’s love to our neighbours. There is always a hive of activity going on and we are so glad that this is a joyful safe place for each person to grow.

David Vaealiki
COORDINATOR + TRAINER
David Vaealiki has been a professional sports person for over ten years having represented: Parramatta Eels, Wigan Warriors UK, Manly Sea Eagles, Albi Top 14 Rugby Union France, and New Zealand Rugby League. Dave founded NBRHD (then named ‘New Life’) in 2010 and has shown his dedication to helping the whole person – mind, body and soul.

Mish
TRAINER
Mish has always prioritised health and fitness in her own life, and began her fitness career in 2018 when both her children were attending school, and she could dedicate time to study and training. Mish qualified as a Master Trainer with Certificates III and IV in Personal Training through the Australian Institute of Fitness, and is also certified as a Punch Fit Boxing trainer. Mish enjoys a wide variety of training, and her hope is to help others find the same passion for exercise and fitness that she has found. She believes exercise is a lifelong commitment that benefits both our physical and mental health. Mish currently runs weekly classes including Strength, Strength and Conditioning, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Nicola
TRAINER
Nicola is a qualified Personal Trainer who is passionate about weight training. Nicola represented Australia in the World Championships in Diving. She has Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in fitness training and enjoys encouraging and motivating people to stay strong and healthy.

Helen Bragg
MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Helen is a dedicated Pilates Instructor born in Canada. With a passion for promoting physical well-being and mindful movement, Helen has spent years honing her skills and expanding her knowledge in Pilates. Her approach combines a deep understanding of body mechanics with a personalised touch, helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life.
